Dr. Will Kratt serves as Lead Pastor of Perimeter Pointe Church in Atlanta, a multi-ethnic, inter-generational church meeting in Dunwoody next to the Perimeter Mall. Will has served in full time ministry and higher education for the past 21 years. His prior leadership roles included serving as membership director of Elizabeth Baptist Church (EBC), adjunct faculty for Troy and Luther Rice Universities, and Associate Director of the Office of Student Life and Cultural Centers at Cal Poly Pomona University.

Prior to accepting his call into the ministry, Will served as a career educator. In 2004 he resigned from his position after 12 years at Cal Poly, his family sold their home in southern California, and they took a “leap of faith” to Atlanta, Georgia. Upon arrival he began conducting bible studies in his home and hit the streets of Atlanta, sharing the love of God to the homeless, prostitutes, addicts and other hurting people on Fulton Industrial Boulevard.

In September of 2006 he was called to serve as the coordinator for Elizabeth Baptist’s Hurricane Katrina project, ministering to the needs of hundreds of people who sought refuge from the devastating storms. Months later he was hired as Director of Church Membership, where he led 9 teams of over 120 volunteers with the purpose of connecting more than 16,000 people into the life of the church.

In addition to his responsibilities in ministry, Will is a sought after speaker, facilitator, and consultant in diversity and social justice issues. He has been a trainer with the Anti-Defamation League for 19 years, working with educators and corporations toward improving intercultural competency skills. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Master’s Degree in Counseling, Master’s of Divinity and a PhD in Education. Will's doctoral dissertation was a national study that examined Factors that Support or Inhibit Diversity at Christian Colleges and Universities.

On a personal note, he and his wife Doris recently celebrated their sixteen year anniversary. They have three boys, Joshua (14), Jacob (7) and Michael (4). They enjoy just hanging out as a family, bike riding, watching movies, going out to eat and traveling. Will has also been a huge San Francisco Giants baseball fan since he was five years old.
