Dr. Will Kratt and Family

Dr. Will Kratt serves as Lead Pastor of Perimeter Pointe Church in Atlanta, a multi-ethnic, inter-generational church meeting in West Midtown Atlanta. Will has served in full time ministry and higher education for the past 27 years. His prior leadership roles included serving as membership director of Elizabeth Baptist Church (EBC), adjunct faculty for Troy and Luther Rice Universities, and Associate Director of the Office of Student Life and Cultural Centers at Cal Poly Pomona University.

In addition to his responsibilities in ministry, Will is a sought after speaker, facilitator, and consultant in diversity and social justice issues. He has been a trainer with the Anti-Defamation League for 24 years, working with educators and corporations toward improving intercultural competency skills. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Master’s Degree in Counseling, Master’s of Divinity and a Ph.D. in Education. Will’s doctoral dissertation was a national study that examined Factors that Support or Inhibit Diversity at Christian Colleges and Universities.

On a personal note, he and his wife Doris recently celebrated their twenty year anniversary. They have three boys, Joshua (19), Jacob (12) and Michael (9). They enjoy just hanging out as a family, bike riding, watching movies, going out to eat and traveling. Will has also been a huge San Francisco Giants baseball fan since he was five years old.
